The Role and Its Significance
As a Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our state-of-the-art facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass asset and spare management, preventative maintenance planning, and the vital task of overseeing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). responsibilities:
CMMS Expertise: You will be the go-to person at the site for CMMS software, taking charge of training the local engineering team and escalating issues when necessary. Your expertise in the system will ensure that it operates in alignment with European Union (EU) standards.
Efficient Planning: It will be your responsibility to guarantee that the system accurately forecasts and assigns preventative maintenance tasks to technicians. This proactive approach ensures high equipment availability for our internal customers.
Data-Driven Insights: You'll compile and analyze equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories. Based on your findings, you will make recommendations for improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our operations.
Spare Parts Management: Managing spare parts inventory and ordering processes will be an essential part of your role. Collaborating with procurement and the broader EU network, you will seek opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Location and Basic Qualifications
This exciting opportunity is available at our Amazon facility in Camerano, AN, Italy. To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following basic qualifications:
Previous experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities, either as a hands-on engineer or as a maintenance planner.
Proficiency in CMMS software.
Strong knowledge of core MS Excel functions.
Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
Effective communication skills in both English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be considered an asset:
Bachelor's degree in a technical
Familiarity with the Infor EAM platform.
Experience in rolling out a new CMMS system.
Ability to deliver training or coach others effectively.
